To celebrate the game’s launch, we’re introducing two Webshop Promotion Events.
Here are the event details:
Webshop Promotion Event 1: Login 7 consecutive days Webshop
Event time: From: 2025/07/09 To Forever
Event rules:
1. Players log in to the webshop, each day will receive 1 gift for 7 consecutive days.2. Each user can only receive 1 gift / 1 day.
3. Users continue to log in the following days to unlock gifts for days 2-3-4-5-6-7.
4. No need to log in continuously, users only need to reach the number of login days to receive gifts.
5. The event will be displayed on a separate tab on the Webshop with the name [Warden's Benefits]
FAQ:
- What happens if I fail to claim the reward?
> In case the system encounters an issue and you are unable to claim the reward, please wait until the following day. The system will still count your login, and you will be able to claim the reward for that day.
For example, if you log in on Day 2 but encounter a system error and cannot receive the Day 2 reward, when you return and log in the next day, you will receive the reward for Day 2 (you will not be able to receive rewards for both Day 1 and Day 2).
- Why can’t I claim the reward?
> Please check if the Multi Item feature is currently enabled. If it is, please disable this feature in order to receive the reward. If the issue persists, kindly contact the Rememento: White Shadow Customer Service channel for assistance.
